What if we can scale up the advantages of 3D printing for the building industry? DUS believes digitalization offers solutions for current housing problems and explores this idea with the 3D Print Canal House: a cross-sectoral project in which an international team of partners works together on 3D printing a full scale canal house in Amsterdam. The building site is designed as a growing expo and laboratory and open to the public. From design to production, all parts of the building chain are exposed and developed in order to kick-start this revolution!
Learn more about the project and tour the building site and expo, where you can see new biobased materials, new construction techniques, various scale models, drawings and background information, the 3D Print Canal House under construction and of course a look inside the KamerMaker: the six meter high FDM printer. Introduction by DUS architects and opportunity to ask questions.
